ITINERARYFlight from Milan MXP (2:05 PM) – Lanzarote (5:20 PM).
Transfer to the 4-star hotel Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort, equipped with a fitness center and swimming pool. Check-in and welcome briefing.
Morning: Excursion to La Graciosa and nature tour of the island.
Free time for lunch and transfer to the beach.
Afternoon: Natked Concepts & Practice.
What does it mean to be strong? We’ll explore the concepts of strength, energy, vitality, and balance. The physical activity will focus on precision and awareness through simple movements, helping you reconnect with your body—feeling it, identifying and engaging the muscles, and maintaining deep, conscious breathing. A session entirely dedicated to body-mind awareness.
Return by ferry and time to relax.
Morning: Trekking in the Volcanoes Natural Park, exploring trails shaped by lava flows. An intense and transformative hike that will connect us with the island’s fiery heart.
Afternoon: Natked Concepts & Practice.
How important is it to release the tension and stiffness we accumulate in daily life?
Grounding & Floorwork: the physical practice will focus on fluid movements and floor-based release techniques, aimed at relieving musculoskeletal tension and clearing the mind of repetitive thoughts.
Morning: Natked Olympics
A morning of pure fun: team games designed to encourage collaboration, group spirit, and connection with others.
Afternoon: Transfer to Puerto del Carmen and catamaran cruise with dolphin watching. A moment to admire the island’s coastline while enjoying a breathtaking sunset. Aperitif included.
Morning: Natked Concepts & Practice
What does “flow” mean? Why is it so important in the body-mind connection?
The physical session will focus on coordination, grace, flexibility, and dynamic movement, stimulating the nervous, metabolic, and immune systems.
Afternoon: Snorkeling in Costa Teguise or wine tasting with a vineyard visit (optional EXTRA activity).
Morning: Concepts and Practice with Natked
What does it mean to meditate, and why is it important to find a dedicated space for oneself—of peace, serenity, and silence?
We’ll focus on body-mind regeneration through a meditation that begins as creative and dynamic, then transitions into a passive phase guided by deep breathing. We’ll close the retreat with a detailed body scan, identifying the deepest sensations connected to it.
