Our journey begins at the Hotel IBIS Styles Palermo Cristal, where we will all meet by 6pm for a quick and comfortable check-in. Throughout our stay, we will have breakfast included every morning, to get off to the best start every day.
The evening of the first day will be dedicated to discovering Palermo’s gastronomic tradition. Thanks to two local guides, we will explore Palermo’s famous street food, enjoying delicacies such as sfincione, arancine, caponata, panelle, and, of course, the Sicilian cannolo. We will stroll through the city’s main squares and monuments, enjoying the unique atmosphere of Palermo’s nights. If we happen to see some children playing in the streets, it will be a moment that will touch the hearts of all of us. Palermo will have already conquered us.
The second day will be unforgettable. After a hearty breakfast, we will start the day with a tour of the city to discover its most iconic places. But the real excitement comes in the afternoon, when we will head to the Palermo Training Centre to play on the fields where the professionals train. We will experience the magic of being footballers for a day, playing in a real professional facility, the City Football Academy. The evening will be dedicated to discovering Palermo’s most characteristic venues, with restaurants and pubs where we can savour the true essence of the city.
The third day will begin with breakfast and an exciting tour of the Renzo Barbera stadium, the temple of Palermo football. We will visit the Palermo Museum, where the history of one of Italy’s best-loved clubs is preserved. After lunch in the stadium’s hospitality area, we will have the opportunity to watch a Palermo Calcio match in the stands, experiencing the intensity and passion of the Rosanero fans. The day will end with a return home, aware of having lived a truly unique experience in the heart of Sicilian football and culture.
